With limited supervision, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the FOH/BOH functions in a restaurant. These include maintaining company standards, enhancing customer experience, providing professional leadership, and directing employees. All new managers will undergo an extensive Manager in Training (MIT) program. Combining this with your previous experience, we will set you up for success to become a top-notch leader within the Outback family!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the success of the restaurant’s operations: FOH & BOH
- Lead and mentor a team, creating an enjoyable work environment
- Optimize profits through effective labor, food, and beverage cost management, proper ordering, and inventory practices; ensure policy and procedure compliance
- Enhance customer satisfaction by managing service standards
- Drive business growth through sales and marketing initiatives
- Recruit and develop talent for current and future staffing needs
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards, ensuring food quality and safety equipment use
- Ensure dishes are prepared and presented to taste and temperature standards
- Maintain an organized, high-standard restaurant environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2+ years management experience in a restaurant supporting 50+ staff, preferably in full-service settings
- Proven success in a leadership role
- Flexibility to work at other regional locations as needed
- Must be at least 21 years old
- For California positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be obtained during training or within 60 days of start)
