Requirements Ideal candidate must have the following:
- 2 years of high volume, casual theme or above restaurant experience
- Proven ability to lead a staff of 30 plus team members
- Initiative, persistence, and comfortable with change
- Basic understanding of industry financials (building sales, product costs, labor management, etc.)
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Strong guest-oriented philosophy
Salary Range & Benefits
- Starting salary range is $42,000 to $55,000 based on experience
