A well-established, full-service restaurant in Wading River is seeking a skilled and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of front-of-house service, beverage operations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily restaurant operations to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards
  • Lead and support staff, ensuring high levels of morale, performance, and professionalism
  • Handle guest concerns and employee issues with diplomacy and professionalism
  • Collaborate on developing engaging events, seasonal cocktails, and promotional appetizer specials
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of waitstaff operations and beverage service
  • TIPS certification (required)
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Creative mindset with a passion for hospitality and innovation
  • Must be a team player with outstanding customer service skills
  • Weekend and evening availability required
