Who We Are…
The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work, and have a good time.
Seven years after launching The Ned London in 2017, we are proud to be opening a Ned’s Club in the US capital, our fourth and newest location.
The Property…
Ned’s Club Washington DC is a members’ club set over three floors of a neoclassical style building within President’s Park at 734 15th Street NW.
The Riggs Building, constructed in 1930, is located opposite the US Treasury, near the White House, and above the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream.
The Club features a Rooftop Terrace, Loft Restaurant with views of the White House, US Treasury, and Washington Monument, plus a Founder’s Dining Room, The Library, Drawing Room, Gallery, and Conservatory. Level nine includes private event spaces.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the outlet management teams, ensuring performance across commercial, operational, customer, and team metrics.
- Develop and coach restaurant and bar managers to high performance.
- Ensure outstanding food, drinks, and hospitality for members.
- Collaborate on departmental budgets and monitor P&Ls to support financial performance.
- Work with senior leadership on strategy to increase revenue, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build a high-performing team through feedback, engagement, and accountability.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in food and beverage, preferably with exposure to members clubs or fine dining.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and handle high-profile, privacy-sensitive guests.
