What You’ll Do as a Food & Beverage Manager
- Lead, coach, and develop your Food & Beverage team to deliver best-in-class service with hospitality.
- Hire, train, schedule, and motivate Associates to achieve performance and engagement goals.
- Ensure all culinary and beverage operations meet Topgolf’s standards for quality, service, and safety.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and leverage business metrics to maximize performance and profitability.
- Oversee daily operational responsibilities (open/close, shift management) while never losing sight of the Player experience.
- Interact with Players to ensure every visit is memorable.
- Model and uphold Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
- Experience: 5+ years in restaurant, hotel, or golf course management, with at least 1 year as an AGM or GM.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Mindset: High energy, enthusiastic, adaptable, and integrity-driven.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for long periods, navigate stairs, and work in various weather conditions.
- Licenses/Certifications: Ability to obtain all required for your location.
