We’re seeking an Area Director of Restaurants to oversee a portfolio of award-winning, chef-driven concepts in Charleston, SC. This is your chance to lead passionate teams, champion local sourcing, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences—while driving operational and financial excellence.

Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple restaurant teams and inspire a culture of hospitality
• Drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence
• Build strong vendor relationships and support local sourcing
• Play a key role in new restaurant openings and market development
• Give back through community initiatives and volunteer efforts

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years as a Multi-Unit GM or Area Director
• Proven track record of hitting revenue goals
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Deep understanding of culinary trends (coffee shop experience a plus!)
• Willing to relocate or reside in Charleston, SC
