Position Overview
Walking into Le Tub is like walking into an authentic Key West restaurant, featuring fresh watermelon mojitos, decadent mudslides, and frozen pina coladas. With its kitschy decor, stellar waterfront dining, and the "best burger in America," Le Tub is unlike any other!
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, bringing strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire our FOH team with energy and style.
- Manage daily operations, service standards, and guest experiences.
- Keep costs in check and quality sky-high.
- Collaborate with our kitchen & bar teams to create unforgettable experiences.
- Bring the quirky spirit of the restaurant to life.
Qualifications
- A hospitality pro with 3+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
- A people-person who can juggle customer charm with team leadership.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to remain calm and make smart decisions in high-pressure or fast-paced environments
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and cost control
- Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic office software (Excel, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Familiarity with bar operations and beverage inventory
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
- Must be able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
- Competitive base salary ($70,000.00) (commensurate with experience).
