Half Shell Oyster House is seeking FOH and BOH Managers for our current and future expansion. We offer an incredible working environment, excellent pay and benefits, a 50-hour work week, and tremendous advancement opportunities.

We are looking for experienced managers, preferably relocatable throughout the Southeast, to assist with our rapid expansion. Currently, we have 15 restaurants open in 3 states and plan to grow to over 20 within the next three years. This growth offers ongoing advancement opportunities, including GM and Area Director positions. Our immediate expansion focuses on the Jackson market, Central and Northern Alabama, and the I-10 / I-12 corridor of Louisiana.
