Job Description

Summary: Assists the Executive Chef in supervising food production for all food outlets, especially banquet events and other functions.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all culinary activities in the hotel's kitchen.
2. Assist the Owner Chef in overseeing food preparation and service.
3. Prepare and cook food on hot and cold lines.
4. Greet guests and serve food and beverages.

Minimum Requirements:

2 years experience in a kitchen environment.
