Butcher & Bee Nashville — Bartender

Butcher & Bee is a vegetable-forward, Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant in East Nashville, known for our focus on community, hospitality, and great food. We’re looking for passionate, hospitality-driven Bartenders to join our team.

As a bartender, you’ll help create a welcoming guest experience from start to finish. You’ll craft cocktails and coffee with care, collaborate on seasonal drink menus, prep fresh ingredients, and share your knowledge of beer, wine, and beverages with our guests and team. You’ll also assist with to-go orders and support front-of-house service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep fresh ingredients
• Share knowledge of beer, wine, and beverages with guests and team
• Assist with to-go orders
• Support front-of-house service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of restaurant experience (bartending and barista experience preferred)
• 18+ years old
• Strong communicator, quick thinker, detail-oriented
• Available days, nights, weekends, and holidays (we close Thanksgiving and Christmas)
• Passion for hospitality and working with others
