Summary of Position

Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience. Maintain professionalism, sincerity, and a positive attitude. Maximize guest satisfaction and uphold quality standards as directed by the Manager on Duty.

Position Activities and Tasks

• Interact courteously with guests and greet them promptly upon seating
• Use menu knowledge to suggest items, answer questions, and anticipate needs
• Deliver hot food accurately and promptly
• Show genuine hospitality and actively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and common areas
• Attend to guest requests and needs
• Perform side work such as rolling silverware, restocking, and bussing
• Communicate effectively with team and management about issues and solutions
• Process orders and operate POS systems accurately
• Assist team members and ensure all service areas are maintained
