Responsibilities

The Restaurant Supervisor safely and efficiently provides excellent customer service with a smile. We want our guests to feel good about their dining experience so that they will tell others and become loyal customers. We expect and encourage you to talk to guests and identify their needs before they have to ask you. We are looking for a local candidate with front-of-house experience in a mid-to-upper scale restaurant, and we seek a combination of AM and PM shifts. Starting pay is $20 per hour.

Qualifications

Skills Required: Leadership, problem-solving, and basic computer skills; ability to share knowledge and teach others to perform tasks; high level customer service; effective communication with guests and team members; ability to follow instructions; quick learner; attention to detail; and ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Experience / Education: Server experience, supervisory experience preferred; must be of legal age to serve alcohol; high school diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
