Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to established specifications and recipes.
• Inspect equipment, cold meats, seafood, and produce to meet quality standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and order stock as needed.
• Ensure proper product rotation, storage, and controls.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures consistently.
• Assist all stations and lines as necessary.
• Read and execute cooking procedures and plate presentation based on recipes and specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• One year of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Food Handler’s Card (HLTH card) and other required certifications.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
