Responsibilities

• Take patron orders and deliver a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks
• Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed
• Check customers age by verifying identification cards and serve alcoholic beverages to patrons per federal, state, local, and company laws and regulations
• Ensure that all customer checks and tabs are paid as well as record daily sales total and enter into point of sale system
• Responsible for inventory, ordering and stocking of all wine, liquor, and beer. Maintains an inventory of glassware and promptly communicates any shortages to management.
• When business deems necessary, bartenders are responsible for Serving Dining Room tables, Bar tables, and Outdoor Front Sidewalk tables
• Taking orders, making drinks, clearing dishes, and sanitizing tables

Qualifications

• We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
• Must have a strong focus on putting the patron first with exceptional customer service experience
• 6 months or more of previous bar experience. Serving experience is a plus as well.

Compensation

$15.50 - $16 hourly
