Qualifications:

2+ years of experience

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
2. Make decisions and solve problems to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
3. Monitor the operation of the F&B outlet and assist the manager in resolving guest issues
4. Keep the workspace clean and organized
5. Maintain punctuality and regular attendance
6. Engage with guests to understand and respond to their needs through clear communication
