We’re looking for aDock Clerkto join our Las Vegas warehouse team. This role plays a key support function for our B2B operations, overseeing inbound and outbound shipments and managing related paperwork. The Dock Clerk is responsible for directing the flow of incoming products, ensuring timely offloading and receipt, and making sure all freight shipments follow proper guidelines and procedures.

The Deets:

• Communicate status of inbound receipts via email to the appropriate personnel to include sales orders, transfer orders, and BOL’s
• Receive all products, with designated purchase orders in accordance with receiving SOP’s
• Ensure efficiency and flow throughout the facility to include that all products received are accurately signed for, documented, dated, and verified
• Responsible for verification of product delivery and communicates any discrepancies to management
• Monitor purchase orders in system, ensure all orders and paperwork are received correctly
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of outbound shipments by verifying items and quantities against packing lists and shipping documents, inspecting products for damage, and documenting any discrepancies
• Assist the Supervisor and Lead during their absence
• Properly account for the location of incoming goods
• Assure no damaged items are sent or received
• Help maintain the warehouse space and housekeeping
• Participate in quarterly cycle counts

The Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or related environment
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• ERP and WMS experience preferred (1+ year)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• This role requires you to be on your feet standing or walking for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs.
