Rate of pay: starting at $24.62 per hour. This reflects the current anticipated pay range.

Position Details

Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Days Off: Sunday and one rotating day off

Responsibilities

  1. Review load sheets for delivery routes and verify correct products and quantities are loaded.
  2. Rotate warehouse stock to ensure correct products are shipped, reducing waste and returns.
  3. Check for and remove damaged goods to ensure quality in shipments.
  4. Load products safely using equipment such as pushers, squeeze trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks, ensuring loads are evenly distributed and secure.
  5. Accurately pick and stage inventory based on customer load sheets, involving manual handling of products up to 200 lbs and high shelving.
  6. Unload trucks/trailers safely and efficiently, involving physical labor with heavy loads.
  7. Remove and stage product from conveyor systems, and dispose of returned products properly.
  8. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment and cooperate with team members and supervisors.

  • Follow all safety policies and demonstrate safety knowledge.
  • Perform duties independently and efficiently, with flexibility for overtime as needed.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and participate in team activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • GED or High School Diploma preferred.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and color identification.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Strong team and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
