Job Summary

Responsible for loading and unloading products from delivery trucks and maintaining an efficient, safe, and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload mats, mops, linens, and garments from delivery trucks and depot boxes.
• Operate equipment including Monorail, Monorail Hoist, Pallet Jack, and Electric Forklift.
• Drive delivery trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Monitor machinery and report issues to Supervisor for minor or major repairs.
• Ensure product quality and meet daily production goals.
• Assist in other department areas as necessary.

Essential Requirements

• Training: 2–4-week training period to learn routes, routines, company standards, and job efficiency.
• Physical Ability:
  • Stand and walk for full shifts
  • Lift and move 25 lbs. continuously
  • Push/pull 75 lbs. or more occasionally
  • Perform repetitive tasks including twisting, bending, and turning
• Ability to assist in improving production systems and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operating procedures.

Skills & Experience

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Previous warehouse or dock experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with alignment to company values.
• Other duties as assigned

Work Environment

• Work primarily on the loading dock and inside plant areas.
• Exposure to weather conditions and high temperatures/humidity in the plant.
• Safety awareness required to prevent injuries from low railings, machinery, and moving parts.
• Standard work schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM until all product is completed (end time varies depending on production volume).

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.
