Sinclair Broadcast Group is hiring: Production Assistant in Columbus

We're seeking a motivated Production Assistant to join our team. This role is designed as a steppingstone towards more advanced positions within our organization. As you grow your skills, you'll have the chance to explore pathways to other valuable newsroom roles.

Responsibilities include:

1. Floor directing and teleprompter operation for our evening and weekend newscasts and The Football Fever Postgame show
2. Preparing for newscasts, including studio and set preparation, assisting directors and producers as needed
3. Performing other duties as assigned

Experience:

• Experience is not necessary; education and/or internship in television or a related field is preferred
• Training will be provided
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as assigned
