Production Center Assistant Job at Ebenezer in Saint Paul

Overview

Fairview Health Services is looking for a Production Center Assistant at our Fairview Midway Corporate Campus in St Paul! The Production Center Assistant is responsible for production center functions including mail distribution, receipt and delivery of supplies and packages, high speed copying and printing services for the Corporate Building.

This role is a 1.0 FTE/ 80 hours per pay period and is benefit eligible.

Responsibilities

• Sorts and distributes incoming mail for Fairview Health System.
• Meters all outgoing U.S. mail.
• Acts as the liaison with the postal service and shipping representatives.
• Receives and sends packages via Federal Express, UPS and other courier services
• Copies, collates and assembles copy requests as needed. Copy requests will be submitted either by written request or via email.

Required Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a mailroom environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience
