Firespring is hiring: Seasonal Production Assistant in Omaha

Overview

Firespring, one of Nebraska’s fastest-growing companies, is looking for a rock star to join our Omaha production team for 8+ weeks during the upcoming busy season. The role is task‑driven with a focus on repetitive, detail‑oriented work. Deadlines are a priority and you will need to stay structured and on task. You would describe yourself as punctual, conscientious and patient, with a preference for working with objects over people when given a choice.

Responsibilities

• Perform task-driven, repetitive production activities with high attention to detail.
• Adhere to deadlines and maintain structured daily workflow.
• Support the production team in completing fast turnaround projects.

Qualifications

• Quality is the top priority, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work 15-40 hours per week with some flexibility to accommodate fast turnaround projects; occasional weekends and evenings may be required.
• Background in print is beneficial, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Experience setting up and running inserters, inkjet printers, folders, cutters, collators, gluing, and mail sorting is preferred.
