Position Overview: As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient production of automotive parts. You will operate machinery, assemble components, and perform quality checks to uphold our standards of excellence. This position requires a keen attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process, following safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Assemble components according to blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Monitor production lines to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections of parts to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, particularly in automotive production, is advantageous.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot machinery and equipment issues.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding role and stand for extended periods.
