Job Description
Job Description: The PC Assistant will update all Pulse locations for all serial numbers to their next location as parts move through the hub and shop via robot and/or manual movement.
Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
- Maintain sufficient workflow utilizing Meyer ERP system tracking by serial number as parts progress throughout their work scope. Will adhere to AS9100 and other quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be organized and possess time management skills and skills to adapt to priority changes
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent- documentation required
- Must meet ITAR definition of US Person(s)- documentation required
- Be able to write and document information clearly in English
- Must be able to multitask and follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision
- Ability to process and communicate information using various applications and Microsoft Office software (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must be able to work all required hours which may include weekends
- Function effectively within a team environment
- MTI is a safety sensitive manufacturer. As such, successful results of pre-employment drug testing will be required.
- Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with basic computer functions/computer literacy
- Experience using barcode scanning technology
Physical Demands / Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move throughout the facility buildings, stand, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and communicate. The employee must frequently lift/or move up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds unassisted. This position will require a substantial amount of walking on a regular and daily basis. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment may be loud. Must be able to use all required Personal Protective Equipment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
