Job Duties

Under the supervision of the Operational Team Leader, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of machines to produce ends within quality standards using established best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure safe operation and perform preventive maintenance tasks using the CMMS.
2. Follow quality and safety standards to support brand protection.
3. Communicate safety, quality, and operational information accurately.
4. Set up, operate, adjust, repair, and maintain end line equipment.
5. Support the Trivium Production System to foster continuous improvement.
6. Troubleshoot equipment issues to eliminate defects.
7. Assist with trial runs, sorting defective products, and mechanical breakdowns.
8. Operate forklifts as certified.
9. Comply with safety policies, including BRC Food Safety, GMP, and ISO 14001 standards.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and basic computer and math skills
• Preferred: Professional certification in industrial or mechanical skills
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing is a plus

Compensation

Starting pay range: $22.00 - $24.42 per hour

Physical Demands

Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Capable of visual and sensory tasks required for the role.

Work Environment

Noise levels are typically loud; hearing protection is required. Temperature varies from cold to hot, with exposure to fumes, dust, and odors.
