Our client, a women's apparel manufacturer, is seeking a Production Assistant to join their team fulltime. **5 days on site in Secaucus, NJ

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and supporting the production process start to finish
• Managing communications with overseas factories
• Maintaining cost sheets
• Developing production calendar and ensuring all delivery shipments and deadlines
• Overseeing quality control initiatives
• Creating purchase orders and BOM updates
• Partnering closely with the design team throughout development

Requirements:

• 2 years experience within the fashion industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of problem solving skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
