Trillium staffing is now hiring a Production Worker for a temp-to-hire role in Weidman, Michigan!

Schedule 1st & 3rd Shift. Pay is $18.00/hour.

Production workers job duties:
-Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
-Assemble components and finished products according to specifications
-Use hand tools and power tools as needed for assembly and production
-Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure
-Perform basic computer tasks related to production tracking and data entry
-Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
-Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues
-Assist with loading/unloading materials and products as required
-Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly

Production Worker Qualifications:
-Experience in machine operation and assembly work required
-Proficient with hand tools and measuring tools (e.g., tape measure)
-Basic computer skills required (data entry, production tracking, etc.)
-Ability to learn new tasks and procedures quickly
-Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
-Forklift operation experience a plus
-Welding experience a plus
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred
