Insight Global is hiring: Production Accountant in Denver

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Accountant with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL and Excel, and will be responsible for managing and analyzing production data, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Data Management: Collect, validate, and analyze production data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports related to production activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
SQL Database Management: Utilize SQL to query, manipulate, and manage production data within the company's database systems.
Excel Analysis: Perform complex data analysis using Excel, including the creation of pivot tables, charts, and formulas to support financial decision-making.

This role is paying $35-45/hr but flex for the right experience

Excel proficiency

Monthly regulatory agency reporting (ONRR)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with P2 Procount

Revenue or Midstream Accounting experience

SQL knowledge

Regulatory Experience
