What You’ll Do

• Recruit CDL drivers nationwide using tools like Bullhorn, Tenstreet, and SourceBreaker
• Use phone, text, and email to engage and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Log all activity, notes, and progress in our CRM
• Collaborate with a supportive, goal-oriented team
  
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (transportation industry a plus)
• Experience with platforms like Bullhorn, Indeed, or similar recruiting tools
• Excellent communication, time management, and follow-up skills
• A curious mindset and passion for using technology to streamline work
