Position Summary: The Recruiting Specialist oversees all Redstone hiring needs. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, posting and editing job ads, and training hiring managers. The Recruiting Coordinator will help hire for leadership, finance and accounting, Marketing, and Sales positions. They will also help oversee the onboarding process for new hires. The Recruiting Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a recruiting pipeline and effectively source candidates
  • Directly manage between 5 - 10 requisitions and oversee up to 35 requisitions.
  • Evaluate compensation and recommend changes for underperforming jobs. Hold phone and zoom interviews and forward top candidates.
  • Assist and provide training for hiring managers.
  • Support and help implement staffing and compensation needs.
  • Negotiate compensation and other employment terms with candidates.
  • Evaluate interview and screening processes.
  • Give feedback to potential candidates and provide updates during the hiring process.
  • Ensure legal compliance with hiring practices.
  • Process and send out onboarding for new hires.
  • Create excellent experience for new team members.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, a related field, or equivalent related experience.
  • The ability to develop and execute strategies and gain buy-in from hiring managers.
  • Experience with Indeed, Linkedin, and social media to attract and interact with applicants.
  • Able to manage in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
