The Recruiting Team members have come from diverse industries, forming a group of experts in Hardware, Software, Research, and G&A hiring. Our team collaborates closely and believes communication is the key to success.

Job Description and Responsibilities

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play an essential role on the recruiting team. You will support recruiters as we guide candidates through the stages of the interview process. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and positive attitude will enable you to create an exceptional experience for our candidates and hiring teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling multiple stages of the interview process including assessments and on-site interviews
  • Coordinating candidate travel, meals, and interview materials
  • Hosting candidates while they're visiting us on-site
  • Reliably partnering with all employees who participate in the interview process
  • Troubleshooting scheduling issues

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting/HR coordination and/or project management/calendar management
  • Attention to detail, sees tasks through to completion, and a passion for creating processes
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to change
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Success operating in a fast-paced, start-up environment with autonomy
  • Experience using Greenhouse, G Suite, and Excel
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates

Expected Compensation

At Neuralink, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The anticipated hourly rate for this position is expected to be within the below range. Your actual base pay will be determined by your job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

California Hourly Range: $29 — $49/Hr USD
