$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Primary Talent Partners seeks highly motivated and intrinsically driven individuals to join our growing, energetic team of recruiting professionals servicing our Fortune 500 National Clients!
This is a 90-day contract to hire. To be extended a full-time permanent offer, the selected individual will need to meet a 30, 60, or 90-day performance plan.

- Initiate the recruitment process to attract and engage potential candidates who align with the organization's requirements and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews with candidates, utilizing face-to-face interactions, phone calls, or video conferences, to assess their qualifications, competencies, and suitability for the desired positions.
- Thoroughly evaluate each candidate's skill set and level of experience, taking into account their past accomplishments, educational background, and relevant professional expertise.
- Establish and maintain a well-organized candidate database, which includes relevant information such as contact details, qualifications, work history, and interview notes, to streamline the recruitment and selection process.
- Draft and compose tailored job offer letters that clearly communicate the terms, conditions, and benefits associated with the position, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare well-crafted résumés that highlight the candidate's qualifications, achievements, and experiences, aligning them with the specific job requirements and effectively showcasing their potential contributions to the organization.
- Follow up diligently on submitted job applications, ensuring timely responses, providing updates on the application status, and addressing any inquiries or concerns from candidates in a professional and courteous manner.
- Continuously update and maintain the candidate database, incorporating new information, such as interview outcomes, feedback from reference checks, and any additional relevant details, to keep an accurate record of candidates and facilitate future hiring decisions.
