Responsibilities

  • Meet daily and weekly metrics to grow the clinician network and retain clinicians currently on travel assignments.
  • Plan prospecting and marketing strategies using AMN's proprietary applicant tracking system to contact potential nurses via phone and email.
  • Keep AMN’s applicant tracking system updated with accurate candidate information, including contact details, qualifications, and selling points.
  • Consult with clinicians about their current and ideal situations, probing for unspoken needs to maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Qualify clinicians’ likelihood to book a travel assignment based on licensure, availability, skills, and fit to determine the best match.
  • Articulate plans of action addressing clinicians’ career needs by educating them on future opportunities, market conditions, and timelines to show how travel can meet long-term goals.
  • Discuss and negotiate compensation to build a competitive package.
  • Present candidate information to Account Managers to interview and fill current client openings.

Compensation
