Overview
Aegis has partnered with a manufacturing firm seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their talent acquisition efforts within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters by managing interview logistics, job postings, communication, and administrative recruiting processes. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with people, and is eager to grow a career in HR or recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
- Manage job postings across career sites, job boards, and internal systems.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
- Assist recruiters and hiring managers with applicant tracking system (ATS) updates, candidate documentation, and workflow management.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials for new hires.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Support career fairs, recruiting events, and other employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, labor laws, and hiring best practices.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruiting team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 13 years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience; prior experience in manufacturing or high-volume recruiting a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS or HRIS systems preferred.
- High level of attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.
