About the Role


We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast-paced talent acquisition team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering a seamless and high-quality candidate experience from interview scheduling through onboarding. You'll coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for tools like Paradox and Workday.

This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about operational excellence in recruiting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey by managing communications, resolving issues, and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews for hourly and salaried roles using Paradox and spreadsheets. Manage travel logistics via Navan and issue visitor passes for onsite interviews.
  • System Expertise: Act as an SME for Paradox and Workday, troubleshooting issues, managing templates, and escalating system concerns as needed.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels to align schedules and ensure a coordinated process.
  • HR Shared Services Support: Respond to inquiries via ServiceNow and provide guidance on recruiting and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in scheduling, offer generation, and other recruiting workflows.
  • Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating interviews and managing calendars.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) and scheduling tools (e.g., Paradox).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Problem-solving skills, including technical troubleshooting and conflict resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in recruiting coordination or HR support roles.
  • Familiarity with travel platforms (e.g., Navan) and background check processes.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • SME-level knowledge of recruiting systems and tools.
