Position Description

The Recruiting Specialist will collaborate with office and field personnel to help drive recruiting efforts using creative and out-side the box thinking to reach candidates. This is an in office position that requires someone to be bilingual in spanish.

Recruiting

• Coordinates with hiring managers and field operations to ensure strong workforce planning and adjust campaigns to align with changing business requirements.
• Screens resumes, interviews candidates, ensures appropriate assessments and reference/background checks are administered, making recommendations for hire, and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, job boards, social media, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
• Ensures job descriptions are up to date and accurate.

Position Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish is REQUIRED.
• Bachelor's Degree; or 2 years of previous experience working in Talent Acquisition or related discipline.
• Proficiency with recruiting websites similar to LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Experience hiring in the construction field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
