-Experience with full-cycle recruiting and ability to manage a small req load during hiring surges
- 2+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role
- Experience in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferably, A&D, tech and/or manufacturing)
- 1+ years of experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably, Greenhouse), Outlook, Teams and Sharepoint
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive problem-solver and self-starter
- Strong, demonstrable data-orientation
- Experience coordinating for multiple locations and organizations
- Comfortable scheduling 20+ interviews/day, including complex, multi-step onsite interviews
