The Recruiting Coordinator provides critical operational and administrative support to the recruiters and the broader recruitment function. This role manages offer letter workflows, interview confirmations, onboarding assistance, job fair logistics, and candidate communications to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. The coordinator plays a key part in driving efficiency, organization, and candidate engagement across the recruiting lifecycle.
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on career websites, job boards, and social media platforms
- Manage interview confirmations, calendar invites, and candidate communications for hiring manager interviews
- Ensure equipment and logistics are ready for new hires in Field Support Office
- Coordinate and track the job offer approval workflow through ATS, extend offers and consent forms to new hires and delegate new hire file to People Experience Ambassadors
- Assist with recruitment efforts targeting veterans and new graduates
- Provide backup support to the Onboarding Specialist as needed
- Manage and maintain Careers inbox
- Send welcome emails and Day 1 instructions to new hires
- Schedule, prepare, and support recruiting events and job fairs
- Schedule and coordinate exit interviews and capture response summaries
- Provide support with other recruitment related tasks and projects as needed
- Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, Hospitality or Customer Service Required
- Proficiency in ADP and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Skilled in sourcing through job boards and social media.
- Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
