Responsibilities
- Interacts with department heads to identify job openings.
- Supports hiring staffing needs.
- Extends job offers and initiates onboarding.
- Submits E-Verify data.
- Compiles reports on recruitment for HR and Leadership team.
- Conduct screening, testing and preliminary interviewing of potential employees.
- Maintains open communication among all departments and keeps the Sr. Director of HR and Recruiting Manager informed of all activities, issues, and special events.
- Maintains recruitment department supplies and inventories.
- Performs other duties of a similar or related level as necessary or assigned.
- Knowledge of ATS (application tracking system) software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organizational skills; must be able to have systematic approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- (3) years in Human Resources with a minimum of two (2) years in staffing, recruiting, onboarding or administration.
- Knowledge of ATS software and Microsoft Office, required.
- And/or an equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training.
