In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our Head of Talent in managing & optimizing everything associated with candidate interviews. If the below describes you, we'd love to hear from you:

We're open to 1-5 years of experience as a recruiting, talent, HR coordinator, within HR/recruiting operations or an EA within a tech company or asset management company.

In accordance with New York State regulations, the salary range for this position is $60,000$120,000. This range represents our broad compensation philosophy and covers various responsibility and experience levels. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. We are committed to meritocratic and competitive compensation.
