Legal Recruiting Manager Job at Lease & LaBau, Inc. in New York

Overview

As of September 18th, a nationally recognized law firm seeks a Manager of Legal Recruiting to oversee entry-level and lateral associate recruiting efforts. This role will involve:

• Developing strategies to recruit elite talent, organizing and overseeing interview processes, and gathering feedback.
• Collaborating with firm leadership to identify lateral hiring needs.
• Overseeing onboarding and integrating newly hired lawyers.
• Directing the Summer Associate Program and planning recruitment events and social activities.
• Developing excellent rapport with law schools, recruiting firms, and firm leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least six years of legal recruiting experience, with a focus on strategy implementation, onboarding, and integration.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and other team members.
• Ability to work independently and effectively represent the firm to outside parties.

Compensation

Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
