Overview
Recruiting Consultant II at AMN Healthcare. The Recruiter, Physician & Leadership role is involved in candidate sourcing, networking, and assessment for Physician Search. This position is responsible for developing and interviewing a slate of qualified candidates for client presentations.

Office Location
Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX – Hybrid schedule 2 days a week onsite
Responsibilities
- Develops a slate of qualified candidates for presentation to the Recruitment Manager.
- Front-end of the recruiting process (sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and presenting candidates) to build a strong talent pipeline for open positions and pipeline opportunities.
- Develops and drives direct and indirect sourcing techniques including internet searches, cold calling, social/professional networking, diversity recruiting, and research to build a network of passive and active candidates.
- Optimizes meeting metric goals while maintaining high-quality passive candidates.
- Handles sourcing for multiple, sophisticated searches; crafts innovative sourcing strategies to bring the best talent to each role.
- Maintains regular communication with the Recruitment Leader regarding status and updates.
- Maintains knowledge of recruiting laws, regulations, guidelines, and standards relevant to the Corporate Compliance Plan.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Partners with Clinical & Quality Operations to provide updated submission status to expedite the Hiring Professional approval process for on-time starts.
- Cultivates relationships with Hiring Professionals to establish a professional network and leverage referrals.

Education & Experience
- Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience or High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience

- Experience in a healthcare staffing role
- Experience building strong business relationships with key partners and decision-makers
- Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate
$23.25 - $29.00 Hourly. Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location. This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. Please ask your recruiter for more information.
