Overview
Position: Manager, Recruiting Coordinators. You will be managing and developing a high impact team of Recruiting Coordinators, owning the team’s hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management. You will mentor, establish and lead best practices, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment to coach your team to deliver flawless execution in day-to-day operations. As a key member of the RC leadership team, you will develop stakeholder relationships, manage partnerships, and demonstrate business acumen to influence hiring efforts and meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage 9+ Recruiting Coordinators, owning the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, and development
- Lead with a high performance culture mindset by setting clear goals for your team, ensuring accountability and execution on KPIs and compliance
- Coach your team while facilitating open feedback, and monitor progress aligned with quarterly assessment structure, helping direct reports set and achieve performance goals
- Strategically partner with 1–2 business functions to drive a world class Recruitment Coordination process and optimise candidate experience
- Manage multiple tasks/projects with strategic prioritization, navigate ambiguity, and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Develop strategies and lead committee projects aligned to Global RC V2MOM that drive scalable processes and programs
- Understand gaps, measure status, problem solve issues, manage escalations, and motivate direct reports to increase team impact
- Run data and reporting, analyze dashboards and team metrics to derive insights, manage performance, and influence stakeholders
- Facilitate change management and enablement for recruiting coordinators to adopt new initiatives or process changes
- Collaborate with regional and international counterparts to align processes and resources for evergreen operations that support global goals
- Promote a values-based culture and develop a high-impact team in an inclusive and psychologically safe environment
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- Strong People Leadership skills with a focus on coaching and performance management
- Ability to inspire and align teams to continuously develop and achieve higher performance aligned with the organization’s vision and values
- Identify strategy and direction while solving problems in a fast-paced environment using time management and organizational skills
- Strong technical acumen to troubleshoot and facilitate support across recruiting systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of storytelling and executive engagement to influence stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver within timelines
- Strong communicator able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Background in talent acquisition or human resources organizations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and drive high performing teams
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Tableau, Microsoft Office, Workday, and GoodTime
- Demonstrated Project Management skills and experience leading projects to successful outcomes
