Associate Account Executive - Recruiting (AAE-R) - Responsibilities
- Recruitment (80%): Source, generate, and prospect clinicians by telephone, email, text, and third-party messaging; qualify and match clinicians to current open orders based on availability and skills; update clinician profiles (preferences, licensure, certifications); ensure data integrity in the company database; enter bookings; conduct regular check-ins to confirm satisfaction; manage daily calling and follow-up schedules; achieve/exceed activity and KPI goals; keep management informed of activities and changes in recruiting volume.
- Relationship Management (20%): Identify future opportunities with existing clinicians; ensure clinician needs are met and inform them of new opportunities; resolve requests and issues; follow up routinely to prevent challenges.
Secondary Functions (if applicable)
- May send targeted marketing materials to clients as needed
- May participate in special projects or other duties as assigned
Supervisory/Budgetary/External Communication Responsibility
Communicates with external clinicians.
Qualifications - Education, Work Experience, Certifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Internal candidates: Successful completion of internal Account Representative training
- External candidates: 1+ year of sales or recruiting experience preferred
