Sr. Recruiting Specialist

The Sr. Recruiting Specialist will support execution of best-in-class talent acquisition solutions to ensure we are sourcing and securing talent to meet our national security objectives. This person will target and attract top talent, all while engaging and motivating them to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process (full cycle recruiting).
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization to meet hiring targets.
  • Ensures a positive candidate journey from first contact to final decision.
  • Communicates promptly and professionally with hiring managers and business partners.
  • Actively sources talent to ensure a strong candidate pool.
  • Schedules interviews, supports preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials to ensure legal compliance and timely candidate selection.
  • Represents the company at career events.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
You Must Have
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources or related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.
  • United States Citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain, if required for position, a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations).
