Supporting Dove Healthcare's 18 locations throughout Wisconsin, the regional recruiting specialist plays an integral role recruiting the best, qualified talent to help us provide the highest quality, compassionate care to our patients.

In this role, you will have the rewarding opportunity to use your creativity to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive recruitment campaign utilizing multiple platforms. This position will also coordinate job fairs, student events, and recruitment presentations.

As the Regional Recruitment Specialist, you will:

• Develop, implement, and oversee Dove Healthcare's recruitment strategy
• Create recruitment initiatives
• Maintain and enhance job postings to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
• Pre-screen applicants 
• Monitor and evaluate the success of recruitment efforts
• Track recruitment and retention metrics
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback 
• Lead Retention Committee

Experience Required:

• an Associates degree is required, preferably in human resources, communications, or marketing
• previous healthcare experience is preferred

Skills Required:

• excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• strong written and oral communication skills
• ability to successfully multi-task and adapt to constant change
• excellent computer skills
• self-motivated, goal oriented, and capable of working with little supervision
