Together, we are shaping a more efficient and effective hiring experience at Stripe.

What you’ll do

  • Drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for Stripe’s recruiting technology stack.
  • Lead integration of existing technology solutions and collaborate with internal technology leaders and external vendors to implement an AI-enabled end-to-end solution.
  • Apply deep understanding of recruitment technologies, talent market dynamics, and stakeholder needs; demonstrate strong project management and communication skills.
  • Lead high-priority, multi-year initiatives to position the Recruiting team for long-term success.
  • Collaborate with the People Solutions team to position yourself as a thought leader in recruiting technology through high-quality content (whitepapers, case studies, leadership presentations) to drive execution of the recruiting technology vision.

We’re looking for someone who has

  • 8+ years in strategy & operations or management consulting; recruiting operations experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience developing a broad, company-wide vision and enacting it through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Global thinking on recruiting and strategy; ability to optimize operations to meet plans and metrics.
  • Experience collaborating with Recruiting/Talent leaders and cross-functional teams (Finance, People Partners, People Analytics and Systems).
  • Developed function-level technology roadmaps and led goal setting at function and company levels.
  • Experience with third-party systems and vendors in HR or Recruiting contexts.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and a bias toward automation and efficiency with a people-first mindset.

Nice to have

  • Ability to set a standard for your team’s work and inspire others to achieve more.
  • Capability to influence long-term plans and direction across adjacent teams and functions.
  • Ability to navigate and take responsibility for complex cross-functional dynamics.
