Overview
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Firmwide Attorney Recruiting Coordinator. Reporting to the Attorney Recruiting Operations Manager, the coordinator will be responsible for providing analytical and administrative support, as well as project management coordination, to the Attorney Recruiting Department. The Coordinator will assist the operations manager, senior leadership, and the firmwide team in the overall planning and coordination of the firm's summer associate program, law student recruitment programs, fall associate arrival, all recruiting statistics and reporting, and various special projects, including lateral non-partner recruiting.
This position can reside in any of the following offices: Miami, Pittsburgh, or Washington, DC, and will have a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supports the firmwide summer associate program, including all recruiter communication, local office orientation, and assisting with the preparation of the firm's annual Professional Recruiting Committee meeting and Summer Kickoff Program.
- Coordinates fall associate onboarding and orientation.
- Coordinates all aspects of the Miami and/or Pittsburgh summer program, including social events, trainings, assignments, and evaluations.
- Assists in the planning, execution and overall strategy of law student recruitment programs, including 1L/2L recruiting, law school outreach events, and targeted recruitment strategy at select schools.
- Supports the lateral recruitment team on non-partner lawyer hiring and onboarding, as needed.
- Tracks all recruitment statistics and reporting, including managing annual AAP report, NALP form, and assists with external surveys including, Chambers, Vault, and The American Lawyer.
- Maintains all statistics in ViRecruit while creating firmwide data reports and Powerpoint presentations for various large recruitment meetings throughout the year.
- Collaborates with Human Resources on all aspects of Workday relating to the firm's recruitment, onboarding, and integration function.
- Manages the internal recruitment team site and iManage Document Management System.
- Acts as a liaison between the recruiting team and other firm departments such as IT, HR, and Finance to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Assists with onboarding new attorney recruiting team members.
Experience/Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
- Minimum of 3+ years of related recruiting, law firm or human resources experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The successful applicant will also have excellent organizational skills; effective written and oral communication skills; the ability to take initiative and contribute new ideas; the ability to interact effectively with all levels of firm management and staff; the capability to exercise sound judgment and work well under pressure; the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities; and the ability to deal with confidential information.
- Proficiency with ViRecruit, SurveyMonkey, iManage Document Management System, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as the ability to implement new software programs.
- This position may require occasional travel to law schools and other Morgan Lewis offices, while also having the flexibility to work overtime, particularly during student recruiting periods, and to attend events in the summer.

Compensation and Equal Opportunity
The salary range for this job posting in Washington DC is: $72,200.00 - $115,550.00. The base salary or hourly wage range will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on factors including experience and market conditions. The total compensation package may include medical, financial, and other benefits. Employees are typically in an at-will employment relationship.
