Long Beach Business Consulting Group is currently seeking an energetic, forward-thinking, and passionate team player to join our Recruiting & Human Resources team. As a Recruiting Interviewer and Office Manager, you will receive full training and apply new skills and knowledge from day one. We pride ourselves on developing others, starting with our recruitment team.

As a Recruiting Interviewer and Office Manager, you will be a key contact and first impression for all candidates. You will play a significant role in shaping our company culture and selecting individuals who embody our core values and customer-focused mission. Finding the right people for the right positions is crucial to providing excellent customer service.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct 20+ candidate interviews daily for entry-level sales and customer service roles
• Meet with applicants and conduct preliminary Zoom interviews to assess skills and compatibility
• Update the applicant tracking system daily
• Manage qualified candidates through the recruitment pipeline, maintaining contact and following HR protocols
• Keep detailed candidate notes and contact information
• Build relationships with candidates to ensure high closing rates
• Assist with onboarding procedures for new hires
• Participate in additional office projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years recruiting or sales experience; corporate recruitment experience is a plus
• Knowledge of legal and compliance laws related to hiring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and personable
• Ability to work well both independently and in teams
• Flexible hours for short-term deadlines
