Overview
Looking for a Recruiting Leader to develop and execute legal hiring and professional development initiatives for a recognized firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of attorney recruiting and professional development programs to attract world‑class legal talent and empower attorneys to thrive.
- Collaborate with Partners across the Firm to translate bold goals into practical, high‑impact solutions.
- Manage and develop a team to create innovative programs that attract top talent and advance attorneys’ careers.
- Partner with hiring and business units to build scalable processes and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required. Juris Doctorate preferred.
- Minimum of five years' experience in attorney recruiting and professional development required.
Compensation
Base pay range: $250,000.00/yr - $325,000.00/yr
Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 per year
