1. Advise physician candidates and clients
2. Source and screen physicians through phone calls and emails
3. Emphasize opportunity features, quote salary, and prepare candidates for interviews
4. Drive Physician Marketing campaign efforts
5. Manage the recruiting process and resolve client concerns

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Recruiting Experience required
2. Sales Experience - Including: Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2B Sales or Cold Calling
3. Experience with physician relations and interacting with physicians on a regular basis
4. Consultative sales experience a plus
5. Ability to travel up to 20%
6. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
